Panda Media’s iHome App is comprehensive tool that provides support for key tenant service issues such as rent, repairs, ASB and resident involvement. 
The application is available to residents with iPhones and android enabled devices and provides them with the tools to report a repair, deal with rent issues or report ASB through their phone. Residents can be reminded when rent is due and when key resident involvement sessions and events are taking place. An auto-complete function on the application ensures that key information, such as name, contact details and report date are always submitted when a repair or ASB issue is logged.

Residents simply search for the name of their landlord in the App store or Google play, once installed the app will appear on your phone ready to go.

The first time you use the app you will you will be asked to provide your name, address,tenant reference number and telephone number. Then simply select the service you want and follow on screen instructions
The app is free to download and will not charge residents to use any of its services.
